“I’m primarily a self taught-multidisciplinary artist. I attended a few semesters of college level art courses and continue to practice figure drawing when my local Art Lab is available. I started tattooing in 2021 and I’m licensed to tattoo in the state of Oregon!
My artwork tends towards nature themes, beauty, mischief and humor. American Traditional is my favorite tattoo style and it makes an appearance in my artwork from time to time. I would categorize my work as primarily illustrative. The wispy demons are signature of my interpretation of this style. My work is significantly influenced by the Symbolism art movement. I also choose imagery from mythology, kinetic poses and narrative in my own work. The artists of the Symbolism movement also tended to be multidisciplinary converging technical fine art and graphic illustration.
When I’m not drawing I’m probably tuning into a podcast, bird watching, or traveling to a remote place to swim. Or a combination of all the above.”
