“I’m Quill, He/They & I own Quill Tattoos, a private, licensed studio in downtown Portland. I have @tattoo.church work there on my days off, so 7 days a week we are a trans ran shop with a mutual aid & justice minded approach to tattooing. We offer affordable tattoos to the queer & trans community. I, Quill often do free reparation tattoos for BIPOC & offer 25$ injection site tattoos to help people who inject medications that help show where it is safe to inject.
